Lottie Johnson is the Executive Assistant to the President of MIMCO Properties, the nation’s largest Hispanic-focused Shopping Center owner, with over 330 assets across the southwest, and offices in Austin and El Paso, Texas. In 2016, Lottie founded and currently serves as President of Austin Executive Assistant Network, a network dedicated to elevating C-level Executive Assistants both professionally and personally.
Prior to MIMCO, Lottie managed the CEO and Founder of Kinnser software, the leading provider of software for Home Health and Hospice. In 2018, Lottie exited the business with her CEO and now manages his private business affairs.
Lauren Fuertes-Pierre is the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO of ESO, the leading data and software company serving emergency medical services (EMS), fire departments, hospitals, and state EMS/Trauma offices. In Lauren’s seven-year tenure, ESO has completed over ten transactions and expanded its employee base by 600%.
Lauren is the co-founder and Vice President of Austin Executive Assistant Network, a network dedicated to elevating C-level Executive Assistants both professionally and personally. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, has over a dozen years of career experience, and enjoys giving back to the community through her involvement in her church.
